Accommodation

Hotel rooms at special rates have been pre-booked for conference participants in several hotels. These hotels are either situated near the animated Leipzig City Center, with all its restaurants and shops, or near the Congress Center Leipzig, which is situated a bit outside. Booking of these hotels will be possible when the registration process has been started via the Conference Secretariat INTERPLAN.

Special room allotments have been reserved for the congress in various hotels around the congress venue and in the city center.

Please note that the hotel rooms will be allocated on a 'first-come, first-serve' basis.

Your reservation will be confirmed when INTERPLAN has received a valid credit card (number and expiration date) to guarantee the booking. Please settle your invoice directly with the hotel when checking out.

Terms and Conditions

**  Early Bird Rates are available to book until March 31, 2010 (except Precise Accento Leipzig until January 29, 2010) the
latest. Room availability is limited and booking restrictions apply: no booking changes, full pre-payment, no refund in case of cancellation or non-arrival.

Normal Rates:                                                         
All rates are quoted per room and night and include breakfast and all taxes. Bookings need to be guaranteed either by a full payment or a credit card. The full amount must be paid to the mentioned bank account until May 1, 2010. If you indicate your credit card (number and expiry date) the reservation is guaranteed and no deposit will be charged. With your booking you agree that Interplan is entitled to forward the credit card information to the hotel.

We would like to inform you that hotel bookings which are not guaranteed by credit card or deposit payment until May 1, 2010 will be cancelled automatically from our side. 

For total cancellation until May 1, 2010 INTERPLAN will charge EUR 25,00 arrangement fee.
In case of any cancellation after May 1, 2010 or in case of no show or lost room nights due to later arrival and earlier departure, the hotel is entitled to charge the cancellation fee which can amount up to 100% of the accommodation costs. Reservation changes, cancellations, etc. must be sent to INTERPLAN in written form (e-mail, fax or letter).
